Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Easy to access web site and pleasant folk to talk to on the phone

Excellent!

Cannot fault Many Pets, I've had to claim several times. Excellent customer service, and pay out very quickly indeed. I had to wait about 15 minutes once as they were so busy then I accidentally cut myself of and they rang me straight back so I didn't have to sit in the queue again. Great service

I have 4 cats insured with Many Pets and have always had great service when I’ve had to have treatment for a sick cat. It’s emotionally draining when you have a sick cat. Many Pets take the financial strain away ! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Good phone experience but could do better with updates on claims.

Took a long time to deal with previous vets' details and we had to chase for details, but we got there in the end. When we spoke to the team on the phone, they were very good and were able to update us. It would just have been nice if the emails notification s contained more details. Excellent service and policy
