Great customer service for owners and pets

I received great support from Many Pets following a recurring illness my young dog had at the start of our lives together. Claims were east to make and payment relatively quick. Great no fuss service

Many pets are a brilliant insurance company. They have been so good to us with good prices and very compassionate when we lost our dogs. It is lovely to be able to talk to someone about our needs and the staff are very helpful and caring. No other company we have dealt with come anywhere near Many Pets, thank you very much. It’s reassuring that all our local vets recognise Many Pets. Not needed to make a claim but when I’ve ring to check details they have been so helpful. Once they even reduced my fee as our dog had been neutered since we took out the insurance and I hadn’t told them. For some reason that reduces your bill. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Great service and fair insurers.

Following a complicated medical procedure on our 18 month old puppy, we filed a claim with Many Pets. The claims procedure set up on line was simple to follow and we received instant feed back. Payment was made in accordance with our policy’s terms. Well done! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Excellent service with a recent issue - right from an online consultation with an excellent vet who gave great advice.
