My experience has been excellent, fast insurance claim pay outs, brilliant customer service, information skills are great, nothing too small they can’t help you with, policies to cater to your needs Value for money , pre condition can be catered for too Overall my experience has been great especially for communication I’d not go anywhere else. Easy claims and paid out in 2 days After claim made my previous claim was handled the same way previous insurance company’s have doubled my premium even though I haven’t claimed where has many pets have not increased my premium even when I have claimed and I have life cover very important with older dogs please rember a specialised vet consult is around £600 and a mri X-ray at this level is another £3000 that’s £3600 before treatment or surgery so I recommend a pet insurance company like many pets. Fantastic Company

I have a very poorly cat that needs regular visits to the vets and Many Pets have been a great help with the financial side of things. I’m a recent convert to the world of cats after being a sole dog lover for years. Now I’m in love with my furry girl and three boys. I don’t have a concern regarding vet bills since being with Many Pets, I’ve used the on line vet (very helpful) and I’ve also had to make a claim at one point for my girl (not a problem) it was dealt with swiftly and without trouble.
