We love our pets, we do. When something is going wrong with them, it's scary and stressful. Last thing anyone wants is to get more stress from insurance company. Many Pets are beyond excellent - if they were 100 stars, I'd award them. You put in your claim, it's done in a blink of an eye. They get it, they really do. I've been a customer for a number of years, I always find that the premium is reasonable for the cover provided. I have been able to switch policy types with Many Pets and this was dealt with efficiently and payment changes were seamless Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Superb all round

We have had our dog insured with Many Pets (previously bought by many ) for almost 4 years now. We have had to make a few claims which have always been dealt with in a timely manner. The claiming process is very straight forward. And any flays are caused by our own vet not providing information quickly. I always recommend to other pet owners Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Top Pet Insurance in the UK

After rescuing a dog, Spent serval days searching various pet insurance companies. Many Pets offered the highest cover and the most competitive price. Many Pets were also highly recommended by family member. Who sadly lost their dog just four months after taking out insurance with Many Pets. Whilst my family members were going through the lost of a loved pet, Many Pets were very supportive and settled claim fully very quickly, not adding any extra stress and upset and the time of their grief and lost. From previous experience from other insurance companies, they try to find every excuse not to pay out, unlike Many Pets. A insurance company is only proven how good they are, at a customers lowest point. Keep up the great work Many Pets A++++ Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Unfortunately I've had to claim last year for both my dogs. Many Pets were very efficient and kept me up to date at all times, especially if there was a delay and what that delay was. Fast and reliable Pet insurance out there.

Many pets was first recommend to me by a friend, but i kept looking for other insurance providers to compare prices. I simply couldn't find anything better out there. They pay out within two to three hours from the time you put the claim, what else do you need! Their customer service is super quick aswell. Even if they upped the prices now, i would still choose many pets. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

My cat Nigella got cancer. And many pets were so kind on the phone and there was never any trouble getting the money back. Which totalled over £5000. Even after Nigella passed away they sent a kind message with the final payment. When I got my new cat Lilly I didn't shop.around. I came straight here. When your pet is sick it's distressing.
