Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

2 Cat Deaths

My dogs real insurance

The whole process from purchasing my dog, to the insurance stage, was clean and easy. I receive regular messages, particularly to inform me of when the monthly payment will be actioned, which helps me with my monthly budget. An overall very good experience all round. No hassle great price

I now have my 2 Yorkshire Terrier pups insured with Many Pets. Thankfully I have only needed to claim once for my oldest boy and that was such an easy experience. Eay claim process and lovely, understanding staff.

They say you never know how good your insurance is until you have to claim. I had to claim for one of my dogs earlier in the year, the staff at Many Pets were very understanding and helpful, the claims process was easy and bills were paid directly to the vet. Very helpful, speedy and fantastic

I am so glad we chose many pets, they have always been super helpful whenever I’ve had a query. We were able to insure our spaniel with no fuss and when we needed to make a claim for an eye injury it was super easy and relatively fast to pay out. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Best company by far
