Great for pets with pre-existing conditions

One of the best policies for animals with pre-existing conditions, I had insurance with other companies but they wouldn’t cover my rescue cats pre-existing conditions. Sometimes they are slow with processing claims, maybe this is because they are getting more popular, hopefully they will employ more staff to deal with this. Our 13 week-old puppy was attacked by a greyhound and needed specialist eye surgery. We were distraught and stressed by everything other than how to pay the bills.
