Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Very responsive company

I have only been with the company a few months and not so far had to make a claim but they have been very responsive and helpful on the phone and also awarded vouchers for myself and the friend who referred me. Excellent at paying claims and very reasonable quote

Brilliant insurers, would definitely recommend

I've had an excellent experience with Many Pets over the past two years. Unfortunately my greyhound has had a fair few issues and lots of trips to the vets, some lengthy stays. Many Pets have nearly always been super fast and responsive and supportive. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is quite a lengthy process for one very large claim which left me struggling and chasing for a while, but I understand it was a bit more complex than others. Sometimes for smaller claims they settle within a couple of hours! They are also fantastic on the phone, once I had an emergency on the day of a funeral and they were so kind. A Breath Of Fresh Air!!

With all the negativity about ‘insurances’ this is the best company I have ever dealt with, after loosing my 11 month old puppy last year, I was treated with kindness and compassion, didn’t even feel like I was talking to customer service, it was like taking to a friend! I now have a new dog and have renewed my policy, which was an easy transaction, and would not hesitate to recommend Many Pets to everyone!!! X Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
