Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Best pet insurer

Since joining Many Pets a couple of years ago, I have never had a problems at all. The claims are easy to place and dealt with extremely swiftly. I have never had any reason to complain. They are great. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Best pet insurance

An outstanding company that helps out at the worst time when your dog is ill. Nothing was too much trouble and they pay out any vets fee very quickly without having to worry about the cost. Great policies and great prices. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Excellent Service

I took my young cat to the vet to be spayed but they found she had a abnormal anatomy and could not spay her. She would have to be referred to a specialist animal hospital. The cost of this was excessive - Bought by many now Many Pets were absolutely fantastic - I was expecting the usual insurance company thing of clauses and small print but didn’t get any of this from Bought by many - they were caring professional and polite. Great customer service

So far it is flawless

Only went to Many Pets last year when I got a new puppy, I’ve always had pedigree dogs but fell in love with a proper mongrel who we called Tilly-Mint. I did a lot of looking into MP insurance looking for poor reviews, bad customer service or basically anything that wasn’t as good as the company I have always been with…. There wasn’t anything!!!! I was able to fully insure Tilly with their highest policy as such a reasonable price. Knowing that she is covered for every possibility gives me the peace of mind that you need when you open your heart to bring a new family member into your home. I did inform them when Tilly was spayed to update her details and I received an updated premium, it went DOWN!!!! Never in my life has an insurance premium reduced!!! I recommended ManyPets to family and friends also when visiting the vets I have mentioned to people to “just go home and check this company out” before signing up with anyone else…..
