Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Best ever Pet Insurers

All my 4 dogs are insured thro Many Pets. They are a very understanding insurers when it's a very sad time for owners to inform them of their loss. They are very competitive in pricing, I pay £199 for my dogs per month. They reimburse clients usually with 48 hrs or less ( my experience ) and conveniently pay vets direct as well. Their claim process is very simple, with no forms to fill in all done online or by phone. They have an excellent range of policies with only a yearly one off excess payment . To suit all pockets. No hassle, helpful

Immediate payment - no avoidance tactics

Two of my dogs, insured by different companies, had similar vet treatment at the same time - Many Pets paid straight away with no fuss. The other, older, longer-standing institution (which I have Insured dogs with for 20 years now) took 6 weeks, requested the same information 3 times, asked for Vet histories from almost most vets in town and paid less out, for effectively the same condition (single dental condition) Would not fail to recommend Many Pets - overall a far better experience! Efficient and professional

I had Bought by Many for my last dog who sadly died a year and a half ago. We had previously claimed for cruciat ligament without a problem and at age 8 she sickened and died of acute pancreatitis. The company dealt with the enormous bills efficiently and the policy covered her cremation. A heartbreaking end but not made worse by insurancecworries. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
