Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Friendly, easy and clear

It was so easy to chose the right pet cover for my dogs they’re very upfront about what your cover gives you and since then it has been just as clear and simple. I have had to make a few claims over the years and they have been very easy and much less stress than my previous insurer. Brilliant

After knowing for years it was the right thing to do I finally took the plunge and got insured with Many Pets and I'm SO glad I did. Their UX is brilliant and I have LOVED knowing I can simply schedule a video call with a vet at any time. My older cat hates the vet so I'm reluctant to drag her to the vet and make her more stressed and compound the issue, so being able to have a video call and chat through our issue at home was excellent. It's also the most affordable and cost-efficient insurance we looked at. Overall highly highly rate Many Pets and have recommended it to everyone I know with a pet. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
