No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. 3 years service ...

I've been with many pets for over 3 years now since getting our first dog, we now have 2 dogs both are registered with you. I've been delighted with the service and additional online help available. However I was disappointed with the renewal price this year which almost made me leave. If it was to go up by such a large amount again I would sadly leave. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Best Provider by far!

Having searched the market and been customers for other providers, it's very clear Many Pets is very comprehensive with excellent protection at a great price. They are so easy to speak too and everything is so simple. From there online quotes, policies and customer service after care, they are very professional, polite and friendly. Human and helpful customer service :)

The customer service people always answer the phone quickly and listen carefully to you, are patient, helpful and don’t rush you. They do what they say they will and the system is easy to use online. Excellent claims process but has become very expensive

Excellent at first - especially online claims processing is very easy. Still very good generally however have slowed how quickly they pay out in recent months. Premiums have also gone up by a crazy amount and made it unaffordable to insure all 3 dogs so had to drop the eldest who then became very ill. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
