Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Just amazing

Excellent insurance provider

An excellent insurance provider. Very easy to make a claim and always kept up to date with the progress of your claim. The £15,000 limit has been invaluable to me this year, as my dog has had to have various expensive treatments and an operation for a new condition and I have not had to worry about financing it myself.
