They saved our dog

Manypets (bought by many at the time), set up a direct claim immediately when our dog was diagnosed with epilepsy and needed several thousand pounds worth of treatment and diagnostics. Thankfully we have only needed to claim once in our dogs 14 years but with ManyPets, everything was so easy and efficient. One weekend, our labradoodle decided to raid my daughter’s handbag and eat a packet of paracetamol. An immediate trip to the vet, a weekend in hospital and follow-ups were all covered by Many Pets. Other than great value for money on the policies, the Many Pets advisors have such a friendly, kind attitude. They are so caring and helpful. I woukd revommend Many Pets for insurance as I feel I am looked after aswell as my Pets! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Excellent service and payment of claims!

Quick answering of calls and efficient settling of claims although can take some weeks...they do sort out direct claims though with vet so takes away issue of upfront payments. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
