Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Brilliant service

They've been really helpful whenever I have contacted them regarding what my insurance covers. Insurance payouts have generally been super quick (sometimes within 24 hours of the claim bring put in), only taking longer if more information is needed. I would strongly recommend Many Pets to anyone who is looking for a great pet insurance provider. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

They saved our dog

Manypets (bought by many at the time), set up a direct claim immediately when our dog was diagnosed with epilepsy and needed several thousand pounds worth of treatment and diagnostics. We could not have afforded to come up with this money upfront, so Manypets were a godsend. Thank you. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Highly recommended

Thankfully we have only needed to claim once in our dogs 14 years but with ManyPets, everything was so easy and efficient. One weekend, our labradoodle decided to raid my daughter’s handbag and eat a packet of paracetamol. An immediate trip to the vet, a weekend in hospital and follow-ups were all covered by Many Pets. Excellent service and payment of claims!

Quick answering of calls and efficient settling of claims although can take some weeks...they do sort out direct claims though with vet so takes away issue of upfront payments. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
