Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Exemplary Company

My experience of Many pets had been faultless . The first vet service included in the policy has been fantastic when I’ve needed to use it . Claims that I have made have been settled so quickly - same day at times . When I have spoken to them on the phone they have been helpful and friendly . Excellent customer care . The best pet insurance I've ever known.

I have had damaged rescue dogs all my life. Pet insurance has always been a nightmare. With damaged dogs who have known suffering, it is all too easy to put every condition down to pre existing factors. ManyPets do not do this. They look at every situation with compassion, understanding and care, and in my opinion they offer help when it is most needed. Claims are simple and are sensitively and kindly handled. Great value for money

When I got my new puppy, I was keen to make sure had excellent insurance to help us look after her. After lots of online research and asking other dog owners, Many Pets were recommended. Since then, I have had to make one claim which was dealt with in a very efficient manner. They were 1/3 of the cost of the insurance company my vet suggested. Would highly recommend.
