We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Top notch service

Our st Bernard had difficulties during labour and in turn had to have her spade. She came through the other side after losing a few babies. The insurance covered it all. It was my babies first and only pregnancy. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Easy and honest pet insurance

Brilliant insurer

Very quick payment for smaller amounts

I have claimed repeatedly during my cat's illness and the smaller amounts were paid an hour or two following submission on their easy to use website. One larger claim had to be referred back to the vets which delayed the payout, because ManyPets forgot to request the information from the vets. However, after contacting their customer service it was resolved by a friendly operator and I got my payout a little late. I like the fact that claiming doesn't adversely affect your premium, so your pet gets the help when it is required, rather than you worrying about the following year's price hike.
