I got pet insurance when we re-homed a rescue dog. I’ve needed to use the insurance once for accidental ingestion of raisins and found Many Pets to be helpful, understanding and prompt. There was an issue with part of my claim but after I highlighted this I had a comprehensive apology and the matter was resolved immediately. I am very happy with the service provided. Claims are sorted very fast you aint waiting for weeks for a claim to be paid I’ve submitted a claim twice with no problems at all and have been paid the very next day unless its a weekend and then its paid the very next working day but thats to be expected. 5* insurer Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
