Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent insurance

I was unfortunate enough to have a puppy born with a congenital liver defect that required a lot of expensive treatment. Many Pets paid every bill without a quibble which made the whole process that bit less stressful and means we now have a healthy, happy dog. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Good value for money

We switched to Many Pets from another well known provider because despite having never claimed, our premiums increased exponentially over the last 3 years. We love the features to opt for a 20% Co-pay to reduce premiums and the option of a small refund of premiums if we don’t claim. We also got 6 months of Vet Box for free and 24hr virtual vet consultations, which thankfully we haven’t needed to use yet! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
