We rescued a 5 month old puppy who had previously sustained an injury but had completely recovered from, and a household named insurance company tried to impose so many restrictions on a policy so we decided to contact Bought by Many and explain everything about Dave and they were so helpful. I had to make a claim for an out of hours visit for my dog Derek. The claim process was stress free and straightforward. I called for assistance once and the lady I spoke to was really helpful.
