I can’t fault the service provided by Bought By Many! I have had the unfortunate misfortune of having to put a couple of claims in for poorly dogs and they have been great, resolved the claims very promptly and when I have had to speak to a customer rep they have been very understanding and sympathetic. Claim, paid, quick, easy and painless

I have only ever tried to make a claim on pet insurance once before, many years ago and they didn't pay sighted some small print exclusion, so when I made a claim this time with Bought by Many I was sure that they would do the same thing, but luckily they didn't, they paid the full claim with no issues. We have BBM Pet insurance for our two felines. They are a great value pet cover provider whose policy us clear and who give excellent value for money. Easy to set up and renew. No nasty surprises. Well worth considering. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Having used bought by many for a few years now for our dog insurance,so far i can t fault their service!! Easy to deal with and on the one occasion we had to claim,they paid out no problem and it was a very easy,straightforward process. Also the first insurance company that have actually decreased premiums on renewal. Always reccomend to people. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Our old dog has had excellent service from BBM. He is 13 and visits the vet regulary for a recurring condition. The claims are easy to make and always resolved quickly. I cant recommend highly enough. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

My tiny little Biewer Terrier contracted Meningoencephalitis of unknown origin (MUO) and was very poorly. Having had to have an mri scan our first bill was approximately £2500. There was absoloutly no quibble about the money and it was paid immediately. Over nearly 2 years we have nearly lost her 3 times. Through forms of chemo steroids and other expensive drugs she is still with us and not once was there a quibble about the fees. They have been paid without question! The customer service is beyond exemption. The customer portal/claiming for things on line is fantastic. I have recommended them to many people who in turn have been impressed beyond belief at the competence of the company. I would never change from them as have heard many horror stories of other companies. However there is no need as I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had had or the service I have been given. 5 stars all the way!!! Reviewed on: 17th September 2021
