Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

FANTASTIC SERVICE DURING STRESSFUL TIMES.

Life savers - literally!

Bought by many have provided my puppy with veterinary care in the excess of £10,000 last year. It’s been heartbreaking to see him go through the various treatments, but having peace of mind financially is more than worth what we pay monthly. It’s very stressful when your pet is unwell so making sure he’s been able to get the care he needs has meant the world to us. Their customer service is seamless, you claim online with just the basic details and they contact your vet practice for further information. I’ve had to call on a few occasions to sort out more technical issues and it’s never been a hassle. The FirstVet service you get has been a great help and saved a handful of vet appointments.
