Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Best Pet Insurance ever!

BBM is by far the best pet insurer I’ve had. Policies are straightforward and easy to understand with NO small print. Claims are reimbursed in days not weeks. Prices are competitive and service is second to none. I wouldn’t use any other. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Amazing customer service

Never be without Pet Insurance

My beautiful Staffie Rosie came into our lives in 2020 to live with her Sister Elsie (same parents different litter) I already had a bought by many policy with Elsie and never had to use it, but in the knowledge that she would be well looked after if needed. However with Rosie she very early on developed eye trouble, I was very worried that she would loose her sight, she eventually went on to have 3 eye operations which as you can imagine was pretty expensive, but Bought by many paid for everything and I was so grateful then this year Rosie became really ill and we had to rush her to our local Pet Hospital where she was kept in for 3 days, fortunately Rosie recovered and I was worried about claiming again but Bought by Many again paid for all her care, so I cannot fault them and it’s great knowing that I have both my girls covered Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

oustanding service

BBM liased with the vets and pet hospital during a long term illness taking the stress of form filling from me whilst keeping me informed by email. They paid the invoices without quibbling and I have no hesitation in recommending them and have just added 2 more pets to my policy. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Quick and efficient

I was delighted when we were able to insure our dog with BBM despite his pre-existing condition. The service is great, the claims process is so easy and the last claim resulted in the funds being received the same day as the claim! I would definitely recommend BBM to all of my pet owning friends. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

So supportive when needed and first class for speedy settlement of claims.

Claim settled within 3 days and no need for paper reports. Past experiences with other companies have needed vet signature, who charge for the service, and several weeks delay. So reassuring to be with an excellent company. So many other benefits too, free first aid course and frequent advice on pet care. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Very good service

Very good service when I had to make a substantial claim in relation to my cat. I was kept updated along the way by text and email. The claims process was straightforward. When I had to phone about something they were friendly and sympathetic. They even sent me a condolences card when my cat had to be put to sleep. Good value overall and would definitely recommend.
