Great customer service, great cover, great company!

I was dubious to change but having read the reviews online, went ahead. I have not been disappointed three years on as a customer. Two years claim free then I needed to make a claim. Couldn't have been more straight forward. I was kept up to date with texts and emails throughout meaning I was kept in the loop. I couldn't be happier and have already recommended them to other family members already who have taken out cover themselves. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

I have had insurance with bought by many for a few years - I chose them initially because of the ability to cover pre-existing conditions but have found that there have been no problems with any of my claims and that communication the whole way through has been excellent Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

No fuss insurance

I have claimed with bought by many at least 5 times in 5 years for my working cocker. Never has there been any issues, friendly and professional customer support, no hassle getting funds repaid quickly and efficiently. Company and vet working together for their customers. It's great to find a pet insurance so efficient. The website is easy to use and the rates extremely comparable to other insurance companies. I recently made my first claim, which was easy to complete and dealt with extremely quickly. I have since recommended Bought by Many to others and will have no hesitation doing so in the future. Best Pet Insurance ever!

BBM is by far the best pet insurer I’ve had. Policies are straightforward and easy to understand with NO small print. Claims are reimbursed in days not weeks. Prices are competitive and service is second to none. I wouldn’t use any other. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021
