Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Fast , efficient kept updated all the way wouldn't go with any other company

A breath of fresh air in pet insurance

After trawling through so many other companies, trying to decipher and weigh up the pros and cons, drawback and missing or hidden extras, Bought By Many came as a delightful surprise. Their T&Cs were clear and straightforward, options were easy to understand and the process of claiming the one time we needed it, turned out to be extremely easy. Easy online company

We have two dogs. A french bulldog and an Olde English Bulldogge. Fortunately we have never needed to claim for the frenchie but we have with the the second dog. Claims are easy to input online, the company keep you informed whilst processing and give you an outcome within a agreeable timescale. Probably not the cheapest company, but you get what you pay for. The very best.

We have used many insurances in the past for various things. Mixed reviews from them all. I have purchased, claimed, premium renewed and claimed again with Bought by Many. I don’t know how they could offer any better service. From the price to the service to the level of cover provided this is the very best insurance product we have ever used.
