Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great Pet Insurance

I have 3 dogs insured with Bought by Many and have had to make several claims. Each one has been settled without any fuss. What people may not know is that the excess is only taken off the first claim made in a 12 month period not on every claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

I have recommended Bought by Many to a relative who took out a policy. Sadly we missed out on the gift vouchers for recommending/being recommended. I like the prospect of receiving part of my premiums back each year if we don't make a claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Fair, affordable and straightforward

Thank good we found BBM for our miniature dachshund Sally. The biggest competitor we’re charging three times as much for less cover. We had to claim twice in the first year, they paid quickly, efficiently with minimum fuss. I recommend this company to EVERYONE Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
