We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

I was wary of changing insurers from one of the older established brands but have been really happy with Bought by Many, I have an accident prone spaniel and their claims process makes it so simple and the staff helpful when I have had a query. Definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Bought by Many offer a comprehensive and easy to use service. Whenever I have contacted by phone, the wait to talk to an operator has been short and they have been helpful and polite. I feel I have the best deal for my dog and my cat and I like the cashback option fr each year I do not make a claim. I would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Great cover but at a high cost

They have a very good range of policy's but this year my premiums went up by 50 % and I've never claimed in the 3 years I've had insurance with them. It's a shame ! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

We have only claimed a couple of times but each time the claim has been settled quickly and without fuss. I think the price increasing as much as it does yearly needs to be reviewed as it does jump up a lot. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
