Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Quality products competitive prices

Wide choice of products all competitively priced. Claims process really simple and quick to use and never been hassled by insurance company to provide information for claims. All claims settled in full without questions and in reasonable time. Customer service has been excellent when called upon. Just had 2 major claims for 2 cats worth £3,000 all settled without any problems and my monthly renewal premium has only gone up by 59p per month Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Amazing company best pet insurer on price and customer service

I made a claim last year for my cat. Within a few days the claim was sorted and money placed into my bank account. Customer service was excellent. Keep up the great work please don't change, your prices and staff are fabulous. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Having BBM cover gives me complete peace of mind

Amazing service
