Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best Pet insurance company on the market

Bought by many are reasonable priced. I have an Akita and I took out the complete policy. I get £15 thousand to spend each year on vet bills. Bought by many are the only insurance that pays out for a second tplo operation. Even the vet's were shocked as its never heard of. I'd recommend Bought by Many to anybody. They are brilliant. Very efficient in settling claims

Fantastic pet insurance, feel my dog is safe with them

As an insurer they are very fair. My dog has had his fair share of medical issues in the past and bought by many have been a life saver and paid out for all of the expensive vet care he has needed. Never had a problem with pay outs. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
