We have been with Bought By Many Pet Insurance since our Collie Cross Daisy was a pup, over 4 years ago. We also added our 2 older cats during that time, Pepper and Oliver. Sadly Oliver has passed away, but, during the past few years we have had to make claims for all the pets for different reasons. Bought By Many have been outstanding in their customer service. A very sympathetic and understanding team. Communications have been first class, informing us of the progress of the various claims.
