I have been a customer for over. 3 years. My dog has a heart condition, and has to be seen by a vet every three months. I have unfailingly found the BBM team to be courteous, helpful and efficient. They keep me informed about the progress of my claim, make payments without fuss. Having talked and compared with other dog owners, their policies, especially for older dogs like mine, are very good. The best pet insurance for a very reasonable cost. Last year I had an unexpected stay in hospital, the customer support were so helpful and I received the cost for my dogs emergency boarding with no hassle at all. The on line vet consultations First Vet provided as part of your pet insurance is excellent and can save a fortune in vet fees. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
