I have only had experience on the paper side luckily my dogs are quite young but they always send info to keep me up To date and offer a speak to a vet at no extra cost which is amazing Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

So happy I stumbled across this company, I was nervous as I’d never heard of Bought By Many before and it was my first dog so I had no prior experience or knowledge. I was very tempted to pay extra for less cover just to go with a more well known name, but I am so glad I made the decision to go with BBM. Unfortunately I had to make a claim very early on and the whole process could not have been simpler. No questions asked, just an immediate payment direct to the vet. In addition I found the customer service team very friendly and efficient and the service felt really personal too. Could not be more relieved that I chose this company and have seen so many others recommending them since. We’ll done BBM, you’re obviously doing it right! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

I can't describe how brilliant Bought By Many is! We have been with bought By Many for over 2 years now. I have never had any problems and I am always telling the other doggy owners in the park to enquire and sign up. Thank you bought By Many as you have made what can be be very stressful process when your pet becomes ill, a much better process. Definitely sticking! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Boughtbymany are so worth trying .When you join and insure you won't be disappointed.Boughtbymany are helpful quick with claims get back to you if needed.Ive been insured for about 4 years know and not had any problems with paying out for my dog whenever it's needed .I would recommend this company . Would highly recommend bought by many to everyone. Have been with them for several years now and it’s only been the last three years or so that we began claiming regularly for our Dalmatian and never had any issues, claims settled promptly and payment directly to the vet.
