Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best price

They offer better cover than the other companies, although luckily I haven't had to use it so far, but friends I know have and say claims were easy and they were lovely to speak to. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Mr Windsor

Fortunately not needed it that much, extremely upset by a price increase of over 25% this year, still not been explained or justified, just piled on , happens again I will go elsewhere. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Great pet insurer.

This is the best pet insurer I’ve had. I’ve only had to make one claim, thank goodness, but it was so straightforward. The payment was made very promptly to my vet. Couldn’t have asked for more. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Fair and honest insurance

I had only been with Brought by Many for 4 months when my miniature dachshund needed a back operation because his back legs where paralyzed and BBM paid out over £6000 for his treatment and I can't thank them enough and that's why my loyalty is with this company. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Brilliant Service!

They are always so helpful and process claims quickly. For example, I put a claim in for my cat's treatment online and the money was showing in my online banking the following day! No excess on my policy either. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Thankfully I’ve never had to use my pet insurance, but any time I have had a query I’ve always been given a prompt answer and the staff have always been willing to go above and beyond to help.
