I can not fault BBM. They have paid out on my dogs vets bills with out question and at a very reasonable price. They are very good value for money. They understand the unconditional love we have for our pets. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Good cover, communication and claims turnaround

The cover we have for our three pets is very comprehensive, necessary as two of them are quite elderly. Their communication is always good around claims progress and their response times are fair especially as they have to get records from the vet before concluding a claim. Excellent easy to use.

After getting a collie pup who unfortunately had a few health issues where we had to make a claim we found Bought By Many were easy to deal with and paid the funds to me very quickly. We also had another issue with Ted and as this was the same issue we were paid within 24hrs of making the claim. Brilliant service and so easy to use. I did the full claim on my mobile. Caring company with a no hassle claim

We have two cats which have both needed quite a lot of help over the last two years,bought by many have never so much as quibbled and have both paid out personally and to our vets,our cats in reality wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them,good customer service all round,would highly recommend Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
