Unfortunately I have had to claim a lot in the last 2 years . All for completely unrelated things. There has never been so much as a query and all monies paid with no hassle. Best Insurance Ever

I have 3 dogs, all inside by BBM. I've had to claim a few times for 2 of my dogs and they've approved and paid them swiftly. Staff at customer services are lovely and really helpful. I'd recommend these before other, more expensive Insurance Companies because they are probably the best value and customer experience. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
