Overall a great company to make sure your pet is well cared for

Bought by many are a great company to use to make sure your pet is well cared for. They offer great cover at reasonable prices giving you peace of mind and have been very quick at responding to my previous claim taking the stress out of the situation. The only area that I could make a suggestion for them to improve on is to allow customers to choose the date that the direct debit is taken on to give more flexibility, although this would not stop me from recommending them as a company. when my dog had to have a operation On his paw I submitted my claim online which was so easy. I was then kept in contact by text on the process of my claim, once they had confirmed my claim With my vets I was paid immediately.
