I have only had to make one claim but it was dealt with almost by return without any problems or hassle. With veterinary costs so high these days, I am confident that my dogs are fully covered for any claim I may have to make. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Recent claim was dealt with professionally and quickly. Love that it can all be done on line or over phone. Was able to get fees paid direct to vets which was a great relief as it was a substantial claim. Brilliant that you have a year to claim back fees, which really helped with recent claim as my dog injured his foot in March a stick went in between his rear toes which culminated in numerous visits to vets over a five month period hampered by lockdown, resulted in ultrasound and removal of stick which had travelled to rear of leg. When I contacted BBM they just took details over phone dealt with my vets and specialist vets where he had to go to for procedure. Very simple uncomplicated process as they did it all I just paid excess and percentage. Excellent, hassle free. Will be putting my other dog with them when her policy comes up for renewal. best pet insurance by far

I had a very stressful time with an injury to my cats head and I contacted BBM to start a claim they were very helpful and dealt directly with the vets keeping me informed every step of the way. Simple and customer friendly

Choosing any insurance plan is usually a complete headache, but choosing the right plan with bought by many couldn't be easier! The graphics and wording on the website are very user friendly. I have not had to make a claim yet, but have taken advantage of the 'first vet' service which was fantastic! A video call with a trained UK vet who gave me a diagnosis and a full written report after the call. My policy is up for renewal soon and I shall be renewing with no doubt!
