First time insurer

I’ve just got my own puppy after years of longing and insurance was the first thing in my mind. It was a minefield out there with insurers baffling you with the confusing way to make up best policy for you except for BOUGHTBYMANY, they made choosing the right policy easy, everyone was a for life policy which I think all insurers should do as standard and the prices were reasonable. Ollie had a lump and it was taken out by the vet - when we made a claim it was dealt with efficiently and we received the full amount that the bill was for. Only quibble was they had to have an itemised bill from the vet, which took a bit of time to get from the vet as he had just put a total for the op, but apart from that they are excellent and this year the premium has only gone up by £1 per month. Only snag is now Ollie is older there is an excess to pay and a percentage of the claim but that is understandable - excellent service Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Excellent value & Customer Service

Fortunately we've never had to make a claim on our pet insurance, but customer service experience with queries we had before we'd even taken a policy out was second to none. The policy does exactly what it says it will, and on renewal we received a percentage of our yearly premium as cashback PLUS a reduction in premium on renewal. Excellent cover and easy to set up

I went with Bought By Many when I got my puppy Dexter as I had lots of recommendations and saw so many positive reviews. I'm glad I did as it was so easy to set up and I feel like I've got the best cover for Dexter. The vet app which I can use alongside it is extremely helpful and reassuring knowing they are available 24/7. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
