Claim process could not be easier

Unfortunately recently had to claim for an elbow fracture for my pup. Submitted a claim only and then everything else was handled between the insurer and the vet. Easy and stress free, kept updated every step of the way and paid out full policy limit. Definitely renewing with them next year because of this year’s experience....but higher coverage as only covered half of my vet bill unfortunately. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Thankfully I haven't had to use my insurance policy. So my review is based purely on taking the policy out and figuring out what product best suited our needs. Everything is laid out neatly and broken down in a manner you can understand. If there is anything you don't understand their phone number is easily found and you are not on hold for a ridiculous length of time before some one answers. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
