Best value

Since insuring my cats through boughtbymany I’ve saved a lot of money without compromising customers care. They even came out top on insuring my 14 year old cat when I thought we’d be stuck with her old policy that had gone to over £50 a month and boughtbymany was half that amount. I know some people don’t insure their pets but I’ve always insured them as you never know what will happen and because vet costs are so high. Recently I raised a claim for one of my cats who had a severe reaction to wasp stings I submitted the claim online the day we got him home which was a Friday on the following Wednesday the money was in my bank account. I did submit the invoices and medical history so think that sped it up. Every year I do look to see if I can save with other insurers but so far boughtbymany provide the cover I want at the best price. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

You get what you pay for so I’m sticking with you.

I love the ease of submitting claims and uploading documents. Claims are paid promptly and if there is a delay it is usually due to a hold up with retrieving information from the vets office. I’ve had to claim quite a lot in my dogs first three years of life and this is reflected in the increasing cost of insuring her. But you get what you pay for so I’m sticking with you!
