I Have2 dogs, on one occasion I had to use the out of hours referral service and had an appointment with a vet via teams. This allowed us to start medcation sooner than if we had waited until monday. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

I've not had to claim or anything yet, fingers crossed I won't. With prices increasing very quickly I feel it could be cheaper. When I have had to phone for renewal prices it is the exact same as a new customer so can not complain on that front Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
