Easy, helpful and clear

There are so many options when it comes to pet insurance and it’s our first family pet which I just want the best cover. Bought by many made it so easy and clear. I knew exactly what I was paying for. It was clear with their options and I feel really safe that if anything did ever go wrong I would be covered and well supported. Peace of mind

Penny, our french bulldog, is only 2 years old and sadly needed numerous vets interventions this year. Bought by Many we’re so supportive, asking how Penny was before asking about the bills which meant a lot to us as you don’t expect that from insurances! Highly recommend, they were efficient with payments, great at keeping us informed, it really gave us peace of mind. It was such a relief that whatever Penny needed, bought by many kept their promise and covered the costs so she would stay healthy. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I honestly cannot fault Bought By Many. From the people on the phones, to the people responding to emails everyone is very helpful and quick to respond. On the one occasion I had to make a claim, it was so simple and so fast, even my vet said it was the fastest response they had seen. The extras like free video vets consultation are really handy if you need advice out of hours or if you just want some advice but aren't sure if you should go to your vets. I would happily recommend them to anyone, in fact 2 friends have even joined them after my recommendations. Genuinely a great service, from a company I am happy to be a customer of.
