Amazing company

Couldn’t speak any more highly of Bought by Many, was recommended them by almost everyone in a Cane Corso group and I’m glad i chose them. After only a couple of months of having my puppy she was walking a bit funny and had to go in for x-rays etc and all i had to do was let the insurance provider know who my vet was that will be contacting for payment and that was the last i heard of it. 11/10 :) Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Better policy than the market leader in Pet Insurance

My previous policy was with PetPlan. I decided to switch as the premiums were becoming significantly more costly every year. Bought by Many offered increased cover at a lower price and when I had a cover query were very helpful. Not had to make a claim on my policy yet, but hoping their service will match up to my previous provider. It was a no brainer for me to switch. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

No annual price rises

We've not had to make any claims against our Pet insurance (Thankfully our furballs are healthy), so I can't comment on that side of things, BUT the fact that there are no Annual price increases is an excellent policy, so there are no nasty surprises. We've been with them now for 3 years and will continue to stay with them. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fast and efficient response to our claim for our young cat's hip operation in 2019.

We chose Bought by Many to insure our 2 kittens from Oct 2018 because they seemed to offer the best value for money and reliable service. In April 2019 one of our cats was hit by a car and had to have part of his hip removed. He made an excellent recovery and can still run and climb as before. This happened while we were away on holiday so he was kept at another vet's (not actually our vet at that time) before going to a specialist for the op. It became a 2-part claim but was handled efficiently and professionally by the company, without any hassle. I have recommended them to several people I know who have just acquired pets.
