Not only best offering but best price too

We were caught out by our last supplier as we had a policy that covered us for up to 7000 per condition. My puppy got cancer and had to go through chemo for almost two years and with mri scans at the final stages of her life I got a bill for circa 6k as the limit had been exceeded, I was devastated loosing my baby but also had to deal with finding 6k during a time when all income had stopped due to COVID. Provision of 24 hour vet advice via video call is superb

Puppy had been sick a couple of breakfasts and I was feeling nervous about what to do but a video. consultation with Dr Louise the vet really helped the puppy and me. It was very thorough and encouraging . Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

I’ve just renewed my policy for the second year and taken out a second policy for my pets with BBM. Love them! Really friendly service, very quick to process claims and extremely good value for money. I also really appreciate the fact that I can be flexible with the amount I pay on a claim and the different levels of cover. So important to have choices. I was and am so impressed with them that my sister and 3 other friends have now taken out policies with them after my recommendation.
