My first year with Bought by Many, I did an online comparison and was struck by the range of policy options, clearly set out with customers in mind - such as offering a policy that gives you money back if you don’t have to claim in the year. How refreshing! Had a query about cover for my rescue cat and quickly able to discuss in full with a lovely lady in customer service. Able to update my pets details via quick email following her sterilising surgery. So far delighted! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Shoddy service

Placed my first claim for my dog who was slightly injured on holiday. Bought By Many FAILED to examine all the information accurately and speedily. In fact, I had to drag Bought By Many by the proverbial nose to find information that was given to them at the very beginning of the claim which they claimed was still outstanding. Bought By Many service was appalling. No joined up thinking. No joined up action. Nothing worked. And the Bought By Many experience was SHODDY. Everything could have been done better.
