Excellent insurance company

I have had to make numerous claims for my dog and never had any problems always paid out and sometimes as quick as the next day Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

New Customer

We have had bought by many insurance for a couple of months now and unfortunately our Dane puppy has to have an operation on his eyes, claiming was easy, one form online and they contact the vet- the claim is on going so whilst it isn’t settled yet so far so good. Also the vet first app which you get free is a godsend to checking out if you need to go to vets out of hours. All great so far Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Perfect pet insurance

Great level of cover including abroad for a very reasonable premium. 1st vet was brilliant to give us the reassurance we needed before Contacting the Local vet. BBM then paid out promptly with no fuss. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Everything is so simple!!

Firstly, it’s so easy to buy a policy and then add extra pets to it and the price is competitive. Unfortunately I needed to make a claim this year and compared to my previously experience with other insurers I was blown away with the service. It took me less than 5 minutes to fill out the online form. They emailed me daily with updates and settled within a week with a promise that my premiums wouldn’t go up. I have also used the free video call with vets that they offer. I had to keep asking ‘are you sure it’s free?’ That service meant my own vet didn’t need to triage during lockdown and I got an appointment straight away based on the online vets opinion. And most of all my vet was happy with this. I can’t speak highly enough of the service. I keep waiting for the catch because it all seems too good to be true. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Very Fair And thats why I trust them with my dogs healthcare

You get what you pay for and whilst there are cheaper providers we wanted a fair price for a higher level of cover. The price is the same as a new customer and there is no messing around with Bought By Many. The renewal price is the Best Price and I respect that.
