Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent pet insurance Provier

They've always been happy to help with any questions I have had about my policy. I used them for 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else they offer much better services than other providers. Great coverage

Haven’t had any problems - although it is properly higher than most other brands, but I do like that they have a higher threshold for ‘senior’ age pets, 9 rather than 6 (my dog is currently 6!) Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
