The best insurance company I have ever dealt with.

What a brilliant company. I had to make a claim due to one of my dogs being ill - so straightforward. The staff are so helpful and friendly it helped so much during a stressful time so I would give them 100 out of 100. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fast & Friendly just when you need it!

When Ted our 12 week old puppy was taken ill after his vaccinations we were not only concerned for him but the cost of healthcare. Luckily we had taken out a policy with BBM. When I called to talk through what happened there friendly team were concerned around Ted and settled the claim quickly with the money in our account within weeks. Great insurance, easy to use

The insurance was super easy to set up, easy to maintain and keep up to date online, and comes with a free subscription to an online vet called FirstVet which is so useful if you can’t get to a vet or don’t want to pay a consult price for a few questions.
