Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Insurance unlike any other!

We have been with ManyPets for two and a half years now, and I have always found them impressively approachable, friendly and helpful; you ring with a query and you get a real person who genuinely wants to be as helpful as possible! In the past six months, since our cat was diagnosed with diabetes, the claims side has really been put to the test - and I absolutely cannot fault the approachability, friendliness and genuine desire to be as helpful as possible that I have encountered in this context! Competitive prices and good level of cover.

Competitive prices and good level of cover. Online account is not very intuitive and it’s clunky to make a claim. I had to call in to ask Many pets to contact my vets as I couldn’t do it in my account. I also couldn’t see any details on the claim for the first couple of weeks even after it had commenced. A good company.

I have found the agents friendly and patient. They are helpful and knowledgeable. I like that a condition that hasn't been an issue in two years is ignored but I'd like to see dental plans included. Reviewed on: 6th October 2024

ManyPet referal from a veteran dog owner

Many Pets are best value for money.

Compared to other insurers, Many Pets are best value for money. Making a claim (never an easy or happy occasion)is extremely simple. But they've been there for us, every moment, since our new "baby" pup has joined our lives. Easy to communicate with. Lots of engagement, advice with our insurance.
