I was scared they wouldn't....

..Pay when my dog became critically ill but they took care of EVERYTHING! I couldnt believe how they went to the lengths they did to ease my worries. I wont use any other company now to look after my pets insurance. I lost my dog in the end but they made a massive difference with taking care of everything so we could grieve properly for our fury family member. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Changed over from the excessive increase wanted by another leading company for our 2 year old cocker spaniel. Having made no claims we thought the increase was unjustified. Read up on BBM and opted for the change. Better cover provided for a very reasonable premium. Thank you. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

No nonsense great value pet insurance

Bought by many pet insurance has a reasonable premium and has the benefit of lifetime cover for your pet, which gives great peace of mind. The app gives a really straightforward way to claim and I love the benefit they offer of the first vet app offering free online vet consultations 24/7. My cat gets so anxious taking her to the vets so having the opportunity to have an initial consultation from the comfort of home is a weight off my mind Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Absolutely amazing Pet insurer

Anyone that really cares For their pet should provide the best insurance cover as theres no NHS for them so theres no choice. Bought by many have a really easy claims process and I have unfortunately had to use this many times for Bernese with a spinal injury. Her cover is the highest level and im so glad i opted this now as otherwise she may well of had to be put to sleep and that would of been devastating for the family. I have only (thankfully) had to claim once on my policy and the process was dealt with online in a swift and efficient manner. Not only that, my premium went DOWN at renewal. The other thing I really like are the add ons such as access to First Vet through a mobile app, and money off offers for companies such as Tails.com All in all a fantastic package. I have been with Bought By Many for less than a year & already I have utilised the VetsNow app (that you get unlimited access to when you take out insurance with them). A 10 minute consultation with a qualified vet should be £36 & we’ve had 2! The write up provided is also amazing. Due to having this free with the insurance, we haven’t had to physically go to the vets & therefore haven’t had to claim. This has been a huge weight off our shoulders as Chocolate Labs like to empty your pockets when it comes to vet bills! (Especially our crazy hound)!
