Best pet insurance by far! Highly recommended!

We have a two year old male St Bernard and we chose this insurance due to the superior 15k per year cover, dental cover, lifetime condition cover and the excellent benefit of free First Vet membership (24/7 free access to video call a vet for your pet - we have used this service during lockdown, it was unbelievably easy and helpful when we needed it most). These features give total peace of mind! We have already needed to claim a couple of times due to an eye condition (requiring an operation) and a few skin problems (requiring various treatments until we got to the bottom of it). The claims process is very easy and can be done using Bought by Many's 'Snap Claims' process, which allows you to upload all details of the required treatment in one go online without the need for lengthy phonecalls or any other hassle. From there, you get claim progress updates so you are not left wandering what's going on, which is great. We found that our claims were paid out quickly and when we did need to call the customer service department to explain a few things about the eye operation, they were extremely helpful and really wanted to help. Overall, we have found that no other pet insurance provider offers the same high level of cover, features and customer service that Bought by Many offers for the same low cost! It's the only pet insurer who reimburses you at the end of each year if you haven't made a claim. They keep you up-to-date with any 'pet' developments. Would certainly recommend this pet insurer. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

BBM were an easy choice for us when we got our spaniel last year. One of the cheaper for lifetime cover, and one of the best packages! Thought it might be too good to be true, but turns out that BBM are pretty great! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
